An experience where connected and enlightened individuals can connect, explore, and learn more about a healthy, aligned, intentional lifestyle.

+ What am I signing up for?

An intimate (10 people max) 30 day experience for individuals interestetd in learning more about themselves and about mindful practices. Within this safe space a community is born. This group is for those looking to connect, hold themself and others accountable, remain open-minded to new knowledge and suggestions, and explore a new approach to life. What may seem uncomfortable will become deeply rewarding as you walk away with new perspectives, new tools, and new friendships.

+ What's included?

Upon signing up for the 30 day group, you will be sent an email welcome package including: instructions, mindful practice suggestions, journal prompts, a resource page filled with book, podcast, and app suggestions, and 1 year access to all on demand yoga and meditation videos. All participants are then admitted into a group text where the challenge commences. There will be daily conversations, weekly meditations and/or live yoga options, a midpoint zoom call and a concluding zoom call.

+ How much does it cost?

The cost of joining this group; including the community interaction, group coaching, all access to on-demand videos, resource pages, live zooms, live meditations, and more is a total cost of $70.
