What We Do Together
The Beginning Of The Climb.
Feeling like dipping your toes into better self understanding? We work together through introduction of who you are today, what you are bringing with you, and where you want to go. Through understanding your current experience, you will start to peel back your layers. These look like:
Wanting to look deeper but intimidated by the process or feeling like you don’t know how
Feeling like you are not surrounded by people who will understand or promote this type of self exploration
Feeling disempowered or frozen from making decisions
Feeling like you are on auto-pilot and not in the driver’s seat
The Tools We Use To Climb.
Through creating a unique dynamic that feels most comfortable for you, we will bring in various tools, practices, and prompts. Leading with the understanding that our physical and mental experience are informative of each other, I utilize a unique blend of mental-emotional exploratory tools and physical practices. Some tools we use:
Journal prompts (and support around the journaling process)
Yoga
Meditations
Breath-work
Exploratory conversation
Mindful everyday practices ranging from creation of routine to empowering dialogues
Accountability driven home-play
View From The Top.
Through our work together, I will set you up with tools to create a toolbox for life. This toolbox will allow you to feel empowered to face your life with a stronger sense of confidence, clarity, freedom, trust, and curiosity. By learning how to celebrate the small wins and gain control over you everyday bumps, you will feel ready and able to face your larger decisions from a sense of grounding within. Some of the things we succeed in together:
Finding the anchors within you to tether to in times of wanting to disassociate or run away
Feeling confident in yourself and how to embody and communicate that
Feeling supported and knowledgable around going deeper into your self exploration and the resources available to you
Empowered by your decision-making and getting clear on your “yes’s and no’s"
